Moorehead III was killed along with two other passengers in 2011 when the car he was traveling in plunged into the Chenango River off of Interstate 88 in the Town of Fenton. The driver was later found guilty of vehicular manslaughter after it was discovered she was intoxicated. Adam Moorehead says he and his wife plan to name their unborn son after his older brother.
